As much as a missed opportunity as this film was, there are elements in it that do actually work, like the score. Atli Örvarsson created something so amazing, thoughtful and sprawling that while your listening to it you can’t help but feel sadness. Both at the inherited emotion these songs pack and the fact that such a splendid score was wasted on such a shitty film.
